I’m Anwar Sadath. This site is my public notebook and digital home.

I began my professional journey in the AEC/BIM industry. Working inside organizations gave me a useful view of how large projects get executed, how value moves through companies, and how individual contributors fit into larger systems.

But the longer I worked, the more interesting questions emerged: Where does the economic value actually get created? Who captures it? What skills and positions create leverage? And what does it take to move from employment toward ownership?

I’m using this site to think through those questions in public. I write about business, wealth creation, positioning, leverage, human behavior, personal development and the experiments I run along the way.

I don’t have a finished theory of life. That’s partly the point. The site will evolve as the evidence does.
